Senior Analyst

Opinion Dynamics, a market leader committed to providing cutting-edge strategic research, evaluation and consulting services, is growing. We're looking for a Senior Analyst to assist us in evaluating energy efficiency programs, as well as conducting market research in the energy field. The Senior Analyst will work with Opinion Dynamics' current electric and gas utility clients throughout the country. This position involves conducting quantitative survey research, as well as the use of qualitative research methods. Key responsibilities include developing survey instruments, conducting depth interviews, analyzing survey results, and drafting reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, reporting and analysis capability, excellent organizational skills, an ability to think out of the box, and an ability to work both independently and in groups. Experience with program evaluation, statistics, survey design or energy efficiency and energy systems is a plus.

Qualifications include:

Master's degree in public policy, engineering, statistics or a related field preferred
A minimum of 2-4 years work experience preferably in the energy efficiency, public policy or market research fields
Outstanding written and oral communications skills
Knowledge of and ability to use SPSS or STATA statistical software
Interest in energy efficiency and program evaluation
