Opinion Dynamics, a leading energy research and consulting firm, is seeking a Communications Specialist based in our Waltham, MA headquarters.  The Communications Specialist will work to disseminate a vast array of original content into appropriate social media and traditional channels.  The Communications Specialist will also help shape content for use to external audiences.

Energy Engineer

Opinion Dynamics is seeking an engineer with experience in the building energy field to evaluate energy efficiency programs in our headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts. The right person for this job has a mix of technical and interpersonal skills and an interest in evaluating efficiency programs throughout the United States.

Evaluation work requires a wide variety of skills, from the technical (energy calculations, monitoring and verification, energy modeling, and statistical analysis), to more communicative tasks (survey design, in-depth interviewing, research, reporting). The types of efficiency programs being evaluated also vary, and include commercial and residential efficiency programs, demand side management programs and educational programs.

RESEARCH AGENTS

We are hiring Research Agents and supervisory staff to run our new center located off of Highland drive. Research Agents will conduct inbound and outbound interviews with consumers and businesses. We also handle recruiting for focus groups and for participation in research initiatives. Supervisors will be responsible for running projects, managing call sample, project production, and agent output. This is not sales or cold calling. We are hiring for morning and night shifts, both full time and part time positions available. We are open Monday-Sunday. We offer flexible schedules with competitive pay. Our pay rangesfrom $9.00 $-10.00 an hour, with weekly bonuses up to $2.00 per hr depending on quality of work, not quantity.

SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST

In this role, the Senior Project Analyst will help in the evaluation of energy efficiency, demand response and/or renewable programs, as well as market research in the energy field.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Analyst position will have strong critical thinking, writing, and analysis capability; excellent organizational skills; an ability to think out of the box; and the capability to work both independently and in groups. Experience with program evaluation, statistics, survey design, quantitative analysis or energy efficiency and energy systems is a plus.
