Our analytic and project management staff conduct all in-depth qualitative interviewing. For all in-depth interviewing, it is imperative that the interviewer know the subject well enough to probe on key issues, and to elicit unexpected information. We record and transcribe each interview to capture all comments in their entirety. Whenever possible, we have the same interviewer conduct all interviews with a particular market actor group to maintain consistency of reporting.
